Question : How long does it take to dispatch my order after payment has been made?

Answer   : 1-2 working days and you will receive your tracking number via email.

Question : Do you deliver to plots and farms?

Answer   : Unfortunately our couriers only deliver to residential and business addresses, however if you live in a remote area we advise you select to have your parcel sent via Postnet.

Question : What happens if my item does not fit?

Answer   : You are welcome to return the item to us in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund.  Please note the return service is for your account (delivery back to our store as well as to have the replacement item shipped back to you).

Question : What is the procedure if my item has a manufacture fault or is defective?

Answer   : We will arrange a replacement of the item as well as the cost of the courier for your new item.
