Atherstone shaped girth in waffle, neoprene material with elastic on both ends. D rings in the middle and sides. The girth is made for comfort and freedom of movement.  The non-irritating, waffle weave material is soft, easily cleaned in a bucket of soap and water, and will not absorb sweat.
